Please note, if you're located in Canada or the United kIngdom and you owe customs and duties, you will be notified by the shipping carrier and they will not release the package until those fees are paid. If you fail to pay within a certain time frame provided by the shipping carrier, they will end up disposing of the package and we will not be held responsible for the loss or be able to apply any type of refund to your order. Please note that if there is a promotion for free shipping, some items may be excluded from that promotion. Once you enter your shipping address you will get various shipping options and if your items are eligible for free shipping you will see the option, otherwise it means that your items are not eligible for that discount. The following applies to all orders: In the scenario that you have not received your package and it shows as being delivered, please make sure you follow up with your delivery driver or open a missing package case with the shipping currier. We cannot be held responsible for any package that is marked as being delivered. If your package is undeliverable due to an address issue or providing an incorrect address, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the shipping currier. If the package is returned to us due to either reason stated above, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to reship the package. If your order is customized and it is shipped back to us you are responsible to pay the shipping price which can be much higher than what you originally paid for. Customized orders are not allowed to be cancel and are non refundable. There could be delays with all shipping carriers which is out of our control. We do not guarantee any shipping dates/times, all transit times listed on the shipping options displayed during the checkout process are based on average in-transit times. If you live in a remote area, shipping may depend on the carriers availability to deliver to your area which may be longer then our average timeframes.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@goldaun.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the items back to the following address in brand new and unused condition with all of it's original packaging:

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to include photographs of the damage as this will be required.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email support@goldaun.com within 24 hours and include:
Your order number Name on the order If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours there is an automatic 4% transaction fee that is deducted from the total. If 24 hours have elapsed there is a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for any shipping charges if applicable.
