Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in, unworn or unused, with all original packaging/tags. It's the buyers responsibility to ship the items back to us and the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded and there is a 15% restocking fee. If the shipping cost is free at checkout, a flat rate fee off $25 will be deducted from the purchase total. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@goldaun.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the items back to the following address in brand new and unused condition with all of it's original packaging:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to include photographs of the damage as this will be required.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email support@goldaun.com within 24 hours and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order

If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours there is an automatic 4% transaction fee that is deducted from the total. If 24 hours have elapsed there is a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for any shipping charges if applicable.
